Through this pillar, our main focus is
equipping children and young adults with knowledge and skills that are needed
in the current job market. We do this by promoting secondary and tertiary
education, and soft skills training for employability purposes, and linking
them with job opportunities.
Since 2017, we have been providing academic scholarships on a need basis to children to see them through high school. Children who are talented in rugby are also given the platform to be scouted for sports scholarships in secondary school.
After secondary school, children who perform well enough to qualify for University, (C+ and above) are awarded scholarships to pursue the degrees of their choices. This sets them up in the right trajectory towards their career paths.
Once the children are done with secondary school and tertiary learning, we prepare them for the job market by training them on soft skills that are required at the work places. These skills include time management, communication and writing skills, team work, etiquette and professionalism.
Once they have received the training, we link them with job openings from companies that we have partnered with. They are exposed to interviews and other selection procedures which ensure the jobs are awarded on merit
